displays one could ever dream. Breathtaking is the best adjective to describe it because I
find something hidden in each painting or sculpture that I never noticed before. When I

Comments: How does the apprentice approach the Master? Giger, you boldly step
where few of us dare tread: straight into the chaos and the erotic darkness that is the
human mind, I only wish more of us had the courage to tackle something so brutally honest
about our nature. I am a musician whose work has been greatly shaped and influenced by my
experiences with the images you create. One series in particular, New York, has
singlehandedly inspired no less than a third of my work. I love these paintings, so cold
and precise in places yet still a chaotic jumble that could only be organic. I found
myself looking at these paintings and nearly going mad with what I was hearing inside- I
had never been this inspired in my life! It was liberating, to say the least, to finally
put what I was hearing to recordable medium. The result is something complete- to me at
least- as a purveyor of both sight and sound. I just wanted to thank you for touching me
in a manner that few artists have managed in the past. I can look at a Veneer, and maybe
find something narrowly relevant and timeless that the masters of old were trying to
convey, but to look at a Giger is to see what today is. Your art is alive to me because it
summarizes the present. Your art is unique in that it juxtaposes past, present, and future
to form a potent commentary of who we have been, who we are and where are going. It
implores the viewer to drop all pretenses about what is, or what could be, by becoming a
window into our unbridled imagination. It is tecnology and primate, human and inhuman, and
therefore, the perfect compliment to the medium of computer music. I own or have
downloaded a copy of nearly everything published since 1991 (I hope this is permissible?).
I stumbled across some lithographs about five years ago of the Alien series including the
Astronav/biomech. I was amazed by the vividness of the colors; my only regret is not
having the money to buy them on the spot. I have resolved to get somehting of yours
someday, probably N.Y. XXIII, as I seem to identify with this the most. Is there a
published collection of the Erotomechanics? If so, how many of these paintings exist in

Comments: First of all, I hope I'm not the first Portuguese person ever to sign
this g-book. This page is awesomely styled, among the darkest I've ever seen. This is the
kind of WWW we need, something to remind us that darkness is the true fascination at the
heart of mankind. Giger's work is highly influential, and I remember being actually scared
when I saw his portraits of his first wife. They were so lifelike, but so macabre.
Something about Giger stirs my soul, and it always will. I've always hoped I could have a
short chat with the man, just out of curiosity, I suppose. It's not that I'd like to probe
him or anything, I'm sure I'm far weirder than he is, it's just that you always want to
reach those whose work seems to speak directly to your heart. Enough said.

DePosición. Su creación, El Doctor Zomertty es muy comentada en esa ciudad. Mejía es
una persona muy agradable, pero se rumora que tiene un pequño defecto: se dice que
mantiene muy estrechas relaciones con los dos sujetos nombrados al comienzo. Eviten tener
vínculos con esta clase de individuos.
